With your "EXHIBITOR" e-badge, you may directly access the show:
- during setting up and dismantling
- 1 hour before opening hours, every day (except on 1st day: 2:30 hours before opening hours)
- during opening hours
Your badge quota:
Direct exhibitor : 2 exhibitor badges per 3 sqm (e.g. 16 exhibitor badges for au 24 sqm stand)
Co-exhibitor : 4 badges
Do not forget to order your "EXHIBITOR" e-badges for staff on your stand (hostesses, etc).
From 19/04/2024*, all registered team members will receive their electronic badge by e-mail giving them direct access to the event. Once the pdf has been downloaded, it will no longer be possible to modify or delete registrations on the platform.
You will also find the badges of your speakers at the Solutions Workshops on this same interface, in the dedicated module entitled ‘Speakers Badges’.
* Electronic badges can only be downloaded once payment for your stand and technical services has been received in full.
