Welcome to your e-invitation interface
This module allows you to create a personalised e-mail template that you can use to tell your prospects and clients that you will be attending the show and share with them any news.
The module is available in both English and French.
The sections will appear one after the other to ensure all goes smoothly. You will be able to create, update if necessary and preview your e-mail before sending it.
Once your e-mail has been sent, you will be able to track these in the stats module and see which e-mails were sent already and which have converted, or not, in order to chase these up.
You can find each section easily in the toolbar on each page.
Important :
The pass is free for retailers, manufacturers, investors, VIP and the journalists.
Access to the event is charged 110€ excl. VAT for non-retailer visitors (agencies, independant officed, layout designers, suppliers, solution providers...).
1. Customise
Create your invitation and fill in a form to personalise it.
At any time, you can go back and change your e-invitation. The last information saved in the form is shown. Please note that no history is currently available.
2. Submit
Preview your e-invitation before sending so you can check the format and content. Send your e-invitation in several ways depending on the event: via a list of emails (500 Max), an uploaded file or by filling in an e-mail address so that the invitation can then be forwarded to third parties.
3. Statistics
Access statistics for all e-mail campaigns sent, track registrations, and chase up contacts who have yet to sign up.

When you use the e-invitation module, you can upload or manually input email addresses that you have gathered in your capacity as data processor. It is your responsibility to ensure that the said addresses were collected in accordance with personal data protection regulations, which compliance you are guaranteeing to the company . Under no circumstances may the latter be held liable in the event of a violation of those regulations.
The data will be stored in the module for as long as necessary to issue your e-invitation campaign and to provide the associated services (statistics). undertakes to refrain from using the email addresses that you upload / input on its own behalf.
